Saint Ambrose Academy creates a unique support space for Catholic homeschooling families in the surrounding Pittsburgh area and fosters a spirit of community among participating families.
We primarily follow Mother of Divine Grace’s syllabi for grades K through 12th. Preschool and kindergarten include a Montessori program for a 2.5 hour cycle, followed by a physical education class.
We provide in-classroom lessons Monday and Wednesday by qualified instructors. Using the same curriculum, parents are responsible for continuing their child’s education at home on Tuesday and Thursday.
Non-Discriminatory Policy: Saint Ambrose Academy, a hybrid homeschooling co-op, admits students of any race, color, nationality or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally afforded or made available to students at SAA. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic or other school-administered programs.
